Job Summary
Build relationships with clients across Brisbane and win new business to grow existing accounts. Recruit Business Analysts, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Testers, Data and BI professionals, and Infrastructure & Operations specialists. Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement while becoming a trusted adviser to both clients and candidates. This genuine 360 recruitment role offers ownership of your own market within a collaborative team of experienced recruiters. You'll join a growing technology practice backed by a recognized global brand, with access to established clients and industry-leading recruitment technology.
Required Qualifications
- Previous recruitment OR sales experience
- A strong work ethic and resilience
- Confidence in business development and client management
- The ability to build lasting relationships
- A genuine desire to help clients hire great people and candidates find the right opportunity
