Job Summary
Conduct market mapping and research to identify target candidates and companies for live UK construction vacancies. Source, headhunt, and engage candidates through calls, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking while screening CVs and assessing suitability. Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate CRM records. Build long-term relationships with candidates within the UK construction market to ensure a professional hiring experience. Work toward agreed activity and performance targets while collaborating with the wider team. Fully remote role based in South Africa supporting UK operations with UK-aligned hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months' recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to professionals over the phone
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-sufficient and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong administrative and communication abilities
- Positive, proactive, and resilient mindset
