Job Summary
Build relationships with engineering professionals across the US and win new business to develop long-term client partnerships. Manage the entire recruitment process from business development through to placement while becoming an expert within your specialist engineering niche. Negotiate offers and close deals to grow your own market and earn uncapped commission, with potential earnings of €10,000+ per placement. Work Monday to Thursday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm to match US market hours. No prior recruitment experience is required; full training is provided from day one for ambitious, commercially minded individuals fluent in English.
