Build and develop your own network of engineering candidates across data centers, HVAC, semiconductor, and life sciences sectors. Identify, recruit, and manage high-skilled freelancers for complex project mandates while conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews. Collaborate closely with sales consultants to fill demanding client projects and guide freelancers through the entire recruitment process. Cultivate long-term relationships to position yourself as a trusted career partner, leveraging modern sourcing strategies to secure top engineering specialists.
