Job Summary
Resourcing 10-20 vacancies monthly for a UK, European, and Middle East client base while managing non-solicitation constraints to enable immediate billing. You will sell recruitment services to new and existing clients across banking, finance, electronics, healthcare, pharma, insurance, and management consulting sectors. After the initial resourcing phase, transition into a full billing role with targets set at or above £35k base, utilizing commission potential with no ceiling. The position requires at least one year of experience as a 360-degree billing recruiter, ideally with IT recruitment background or rapid upskilling capability, and may involve foreign language skills such as French, Dutch, or Arabic. Work remotely from anywhere in the UK or from the Brighton office, with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-year's experience as a billing recruiter
- Hitting or exceeding target
- Established and experienced recruiter
- Ability to sell recruitment services to new and existing clients
- Current IT recruitment background OR ability to pick up technology and understand it almost immediately
- Based in the UK
- Not based outside the UK
