Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from client development to candidate placement for multinational clients in Japan and across Asia. Build and maintain relationships with global leadership teams while identifying and approaching potential candidates through professional networks like LinkedIn. Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process and collaborate with regional teams on cross-border recruitment projects. This role supports Link Compliance Group's expansion in Tokyo, offering an opportunity to work with international clients and a performance-driven commission structure.
Required Qualifications
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, or equivalent
- Tokyo, Japan

- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, consulting, or related fields
