Job Summary
Assist in identifying and connecting talented professionals with clients in the freight and logistics sector, proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate suitability, while managing the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and communicating feedback. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, learn client needs and market trends to support tailored solutions, and support business development by recognizing potential opportunities. Work closely with experienced consultants to understand the US Freight Industry while managing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to work 10-7 on weekdays (except Friday) with a bonus for US market experience.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in recruitment
- Ideally with some exposure to freight and logistics
- Basic understanding of the freight and logistics sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to build relationships
