Recruitment Consultant

Conduct client and candidate sourcing while leveraging prior networks to drive placements. Manage daily recruitment activities including lead generation, candidate screening, and relationship building with potential employers. Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and WeChat to expand reach and engage prospects. Communicate fluently in Cantonese, English, and/or Mandarin to facilitate interactions across diverse markets. Candidates must possess strong motivation, self-starter attitudes, and ideally two years of experience in recruitment, in-house HR, or B2B sales.
