Job Summary
Recruitment Consultant responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across AU and PH, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobStreet, and internal tools to identify top talent and maintain pipelines. Conduct structured interviews, shortlisting, and provide timely decision support across the hiring workflow. Track metrics and maintain documentation in BambooHR, Microsoft Forms, and Excel; provide ongoing reporting to the HR Manager and Business Operations Manager. Strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment, candidate evaluation, and experience shaping the candidate journey in a cross-border, values-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- strong sourcing tools knowledge
- Boolean search
- candidate screening

- experience with BambooHR
- Microsoft Office suite (Forms, Excel)
- ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
