Recruitment Consultant responsible for end-to-end recruitment across AU and PH, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, design sourcing strategies, and shape candidate experiences. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobStreet, and internal tools to identify top talent, maintain active pipelines, conduct structured interviews, manage shortlisting, and support timely decision-making. Track metrics and maintain documentation using BambooHR, Forms, and Excel; provide regular updates to HR/Business Operations. Ideal candidate brings 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, familiarity with BambooHR and MS Office tools, and the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines autonomously.
