Job Summary
Screen applicants for warehouse and logistics roles via Microsoft Teams, conduct interviews, and manage end-to-end onboarding including reference checks, police checks, and inductions. Handle incoming calls to assist candidates with shift enquiries and call-ins, while communicating with clients regarding absenteeism and staffing requests. Maintain daily and weekly rosters, update shared inboxes, and provide afterhours support on weekends and public holidays. This remote, independent contractor position involves rotational shifts and requires strong organizational skills and English communication abilities.
