Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through candidate placement and onboarding. Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking. Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and fit. Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries and maintain strong relationships throughout the hiring process. Communicate directly with clients regarding updates, interview coordination, and onboarding while keeping ATS records accurate. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure an excellent experience and meet recruitment goals. Fully remote position with competitive contractor compensation and placement-based commission.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with both candidates and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Consultative, relationship-focused approach to recruitment
