Job Summary
Source and select qualified candidates through various channels to match client needs, ensuring successful placements in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Manage the full hiring process from initial requests to candidate deployment, organizing interviews and following up on placements to deliver a delightful customer experience. Collaborate with the team to track introduced candidates against client requirements and showcase industry expertise via emails, social media, and on-ground activities at conferences and job fairs. Serve as the key point of contact for industry bodies, heads of departments, and professional groups while maintaining ethical standards and driving financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate in a healthcare discipline: Medicine or Pharmacy
- Post graduate sales experience of 2-3 years
- Interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Results orientation
- Time management skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- High learning agility and passion for recruitment
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in using MS Office apps
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using digital tools (CRM and social media) is a plus
