Job Summary
Work closely with the team to understand client hiring needs and meet competitive goals while managing the full recruiting lifecycle from shortlisting to offer management. Continuously partner with clients to design and implement innovative recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates across various platforms and growing high-touch relationships with active and passive talent. Proactively identify new business opportunities to build and manage the client portfolio, staying active with market trends to create and release job descriptions. Collaborate with the team to achieve personal and team targets within the Malaysia office expansion plan.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field of studies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
