Job Summary
Recruitment Consultant role focused on full-cycle recruiting in partnership with clients, building relationships with candidates, guiding interview preparation and feedback, and advising clients on market trends and compensation; responsibilities include sourcing and engaging high-quality talent, developing a robust talent pipeline, evaluating candidates for skills and cultural fit, managing client presentations and offers, and supporting onboarding—requiring strong relationship-building, sourcing, interviewing, and consultative selling skills, plus experience with ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or business development
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
- Passion for helping candidates advance their careers and helping clients build strong teams
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools preferred
