Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant role in healthcare recruitment (Pulse Mental Health) focused on the Psychology desk. Build strong relationships with candidates, source, screen and interview Mental Health professionals, and conduct new business development calls to foster client relationships. Account manage clients to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities and mitigate commercial risk through interactions with vendors. Hybrid full-time position with occasional work-from-home days in the UK (Turnford/Cheshunt). Emphasis on excellent communication, relationship-building, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality data and service.
