Job Summary
Senior Construction Engineer responsible for coordinating all construction activities onsite for FPSO hull/topsides projects, conducting constructability reviews, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to guide project decisions. Provides advanced technical guidance on construction techniques to the site team, ensures HSSE, quality, and schedule compliance, addresses operational challenges, and optimizes construction performance to reduce non-productive time. Coordinates interfaces between disciplines, tracks construction status to meet schedule, and mentors project construction teams to foster continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years extensive experience in construction with proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and process HSSE regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with FPSO Hull, FPSO Topsides, Turret Mooring System, and related offshore construction domains
- Ability to coordinate interfaces between disciplines and manage construction schedules and budgets
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities
