Recruitment Associate

Source candidates using the tech tool suite, conduct initial screening interviews, and present qualified profiles to internal account managers. Manage client accounts while sourcing interested talent for recruitment placements. The role begins as an entry-level position for recent graduates or those with 6-12 months of recruitment experience, with opportunities to transition into a full Account Management role or 360-degree consultant position developing an independent client base. The initial 3-6 months are spent onsite in the Hove office, potentially shifting to a hybrid or fully remote pattern thereafter. Starting salary is up to £27k plus placement bonuses, with no visa sponsorship available.
