Job Summary
Recruitment Assistant role based in Manchester, UK with hybrid working. Support administration and coordination of recruitment campaigns, candidate communications, interview scheduling, onboarding checks, and recruitment systems. Work closely with the Recruitment and HR teams to deliver a fast, efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers, covering HQ staff to international programme personnel and UK-Med Register members. Immediate start on a 3-month fixed-term contract with potential extension subject to funding. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
