Job Summary
Assist the Recruiter in presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs. Screen and process new employees while ensuring compliance with laws. Maintain employment records, process new hire packets, complete various screenings like fingerprinting and drug testing, and manage data entry for staff activations. Compile reports to monitor productivity and collaborate with administrative staff for effective communication. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of related experience, strong reporting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications

- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to effectively interact with colleagues, staff, consumers and other service stakeholders
