Job Summary
Recruitment and Community Outreach Assistant supporting enrollment, eligibility, recruitment, and community engagement for Early Head Start/Circle of Hope School; responsibilities include processing applications, data entry into ChildPlus, maintaining wait lists, generating demographic reports, building relationships with outside agencies, planning/recruiting events, and providing information and referrals to families; requires strong organizational, data-management, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to complete required credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with at least one year’s experience in social services, including data entry, retrieval, and report preparation experience, and willingness to complete Family Development Credential within one year of hire.
- AA or higher degree preferred.
