Job Summary
Conduct enthusiastic presentations and campus tours to generate inquiries and nurture relationships with prospective students. Collect daily inquiries from all outreach efforts and coordinate with multiple offices to support students through the enrollment process from inquiry to their first semester. Provide on-campus communication via phone, visits, and events to build relationships and assist with applications, while cross-collaborating with athletic coaches to support student athletes. Execute open house and orientation events, perform data entry using the University CRM, and work on a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends to maximize student starts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Self-motivation
- Research and detailed work ability
- Ability to work on a non-traditional schedule, specifically evenings and weekends
- Access to reliable transportation and the ability to meet the requirements to be an approved Park University vehicle operator
- Residence in the assigned territory
- Ability to use specialized software, such as Salesforce
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advising, marketing, or sales experience
- Working knowledge and experience with a wide range of computer technology such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), databases, telephony and constituent relationship management (CRM) systems
