Job Summary
Implement recruitment best practice processes for white and blue collar roles while providing subject matter expert guidance to hiring managers. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational delivery of critical recruitment services. Execute proactive passive sourcing, talent pooling, and attraction strategies using industry contacts to target diverse candidates. Coordinate recruitment projects including system improvements, diversity initiatives, university engagement, and sponsorships. Contribute to continuous process improvements and a compelling Employer Brand to promote talent attraction. This 18-month contract role reports to the Principal People Services within the Mineral Sands Operations team.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience and demonstrable success in recruitment within the resources sector
- Capability to operate autonomously and manage assigned recruitment portfolio
- Understanding of the mining industry, particularly in operations: technical requirements, remuneration trends and industry benchmarking
- Experience of recruitment marketing, advertising, social media and other attraction & sourcing strategies
- History of successful partnering, relationship building and influencing of hiring managers
- Experience in diversity recruitment initiatives
- Full working rights in Australia
