Job Summary
Recruitment Advisor role focused on attracting, sourcing and selecting talent with end-to-end candidate experience from attraction to onboarding. Build diverse talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, provide coaching on selection approaches, and promote fair, inclusive recruitment practices across a large organisation. Two openings: one permanent and one 14-month fixed-term parental cover. Hybrid remote work available in Auckland. Strong relationship-building, data-informed decision-making, and a people-centred, solutions-focused approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Recruitment practitioner with end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and seniorities
- Strong business partnering
- Data-driven sourcing strategies
- Coaching leaders on selection approaches
- Commitment to fair, inclusive and effective recruitment
