Job Summary
Recruitment Adviser to guide candidates through the career journey by sourcing, screening, and interviewing for roles across the organization. You’ll build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and drive the recruitment process, utilize sourcing techniques (direct search, job boards, social media, referrals), manage timely feedback with candidates and hiring managers, keep the ATS up to date, contribute to monthly data reports, and collaborate with Marketing to enhance the firm’s employer brand and presence on job boards and social platforms. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional candidate experience, supporting GDPR compliance in handling applicant data, and promoting the firm as an employer of choice, with a salary range of £35,000-£42,000 and hybrid working in London. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in finance/accounting, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Experience recruiting for finance or accounting roles desirable
- Understanding of recruitment processes
- GDPR training and compliant handling of applicant data
- Excellent communication skills across levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
