Job Summary
Recruitment Administrator role delivering in-house recruitment coordination, onboarding, and workforce administration across multiple vacancies. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviews and assessments, posting jobs, ensuring candidate experience, preparing offer and onboarding paperwork, conducting pre-employment screening, managing contractor and employee lifecycle administration, maintaining records in Workable and Factorial, tracking contractor end dates and renewals, and driving process improvements through automation and data-driven recruitment workflows. Requires 2–3 years in high-volume recruitment or recruitment administration, proficiency with Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Factorial HRIS, and Certn, and a professional, detail-oriented approach with strong communication and analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience within a high-volume recruitment or recruitment administration role
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience supporting onboarding and workforce administration processes
- Experience using Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn talent tools is essential
- Experience using Factorial HRIS and Certn and/or another verification platform is desirable
- Experience within regulated, compliance-driven, security, government, intelligence, or defence sectors would be highly advantageous
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all business levels
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with interest in AI, automation, scalable processes, and operational improvement
- Ability to balance process innovation with a people-first and relationship-led approach
- Comfortable supporting internal stakeholders and contributing to wider HR projects within a supportive People Team environment
