Job Summary
Build the recruiting engine from the ground up by developing a consistent pipeline of candidates for skilled trades, office professionals, and leadership roles. Create a practical, repeatable system including job posting templates, screening processes, and an applicant tracking solution that provides clear visibility to the General Manager. Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, employee referrals, trade schools, and industry partnerships. Serve as the General Manager's trusted resource on hiring activity, translating growth budgets into actionable plans and identifying potential delays before they impact operations.
Required Qualifications
- experience building or significantly improving a recruiting process
- comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
- experience managing several different types of openings at the same time
- understand that recruiting skilled trades requires proactive sourcing and relationship-building
- Can adjust your approach when recruiting technicians, office professionals, and leadership candidates
- Communicate clearly with hiring managers and company leadership
- Are organized, responsive, and comfortable tracking recruiting activity and results
- Can identify hiring risks and recommend solutions before positions remain open too long
- Work well with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment
