Job Summary
Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Execute sourcing strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline at the top of the recruitment funnel while managing job postings and campaigns across platforms. Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified profiles to recruiting partners, ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System. Research new sourcing channels and partnerships to improve recruiting processes and tools. This role supports hiring needs for OB Hospitalist Group, the nation's largest provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs, fostering innovation in maternal health.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
