Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist role focused on sourcing and engaging candidates, guiding them through the full recruiting process, and building long-term relationships/pipelines. Responsibilities include 30+ outbound calls per day, 10+ candidate conversations daily, 2–4 candidate intakes daily, 1–2 candidate submissions daily, and 2–3 placements per month after ramp-up. Skills/traits sought include curiosity, strong listening, organization, resilience, coachability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-office, Monday–Friday, with base salary plus bonus and incentives, plus ongoing training and full benefits. Location: Spokane, WA (USA).
