Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for CDL Training Program and driver recruiting; responsibilities include candidate communication via phone, text messages, email, and other channels; build trust and relationships with prospective candidates; assess qualifications; manage recruiting pipeline; track performance and improve processes; collaborate with recruiters, trainers, and operations to support recruiting initiatives and training efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional office, customer service, recruiting, sales, leadership, or related experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Ability to travel between Massillon and Millersburg locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
