Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions across a multi-state organization. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates, while creating campaigns and managing employer branding initiatives. Build talent pipelines by utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry resources to identify candidates for industrial, engineering, construction, and manufacturing roles. Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, screen and assess qualified candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and prepare employment offers. Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health, while supporting university recruiting, internship programs, and cross-functional process improvements. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate and employee information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states and business locations
- Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent
