Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for dealership and corporate roles across multiple locations; create/post job advertisements on various platforms; source qualified candidates via job boards, networking, and outreach; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; assist with onboarding and new hire orientation; maintain candidate and employee records in ADP Workforce Now; partner with managers to understand staffing needs and priorities; support recruiting initiatives, events, and employment branding; maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or Human Resources experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
