Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary
Solicit prospects through multi-media, social media, and direct marketing campaigns while scheduling job fairs and conducting in-field and remote cold-calls to recruit and retain field branch openings. Manipulate social media to develop a recruiting pipeline and maintain an audit of potential candidates. Act as the first point of contact for new hires, file paperwork, and prepare personnel files while assisting with payroll and benefits inquiries. Organize retention-focused events with branch management and submit daily time sheets and written reports. Understand daily field staffing needs through communication with home branches and the recruiting team to plan future hiring efforts. This part-time role averages 20-30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with payroll schedules and payroll related procedures, employee benefits, and other pertinent information
