Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare roles, including Home Health Aides, by sourcing candidates via ATS, job boards, and community outreach while partnering with hiring managers to clarify needs. Screen and interview applicants, clearly explaining job details, pay, and schedules, then coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and credentialing to ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and other documentation. Prepare onboarding paperwork, maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, and represent the organization at job fairs and local community partnerships. This temporary-to-full-time role involves approximately 20% local travel and offers a pay range of $25–$28 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a metrics-driven environment
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfort using ATS platforms
- Self-motivated
