Job Summary
Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements while managing resume uploads and background screening logistics for the recruitment team. Conduct employee orientations, run ad-hoc HR reports, and maintain organizational charts and employee files. Assist with disability management, exit interviews, and special projects, ensuring timely completion of safety orientation forms and supply orders. Maintain high-level confidentiality and professional relationships across all organizational levels while supporting broader HR department activities.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Polished and professional demeanor, proven experience in delivering superior high-end customer service
Desired Qualifications
- 0 to 1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience
- Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing the communication and approach with internal and external customers at various career levels
- Experience in dealing with executives and employees at all levels of the organization
