Job Summary
Create, review, and distribute job postings to boards; review candidates, interview, and hire qualified individuals. Collaborate with store managers to ensure staffing levels are met, help new hires navigate documentation, and coordinate start dates with training managers. Review current retention tools, conduct regular check-ins with restaurant employees for feedback, and build new initiatives to increase retention and reduce turnover. Work within standard business hours with flexibility for Saturday interviews and a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Possess a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
