Recruiting Production Manager to recruit and develop painters and subcontractor crews; lead onboarding and training; manage field operations and production; ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction; build relationships with local trade schools, community organizations, and industry contacts; conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate evaluations; maintain a pipeline of qualified painters and crews; travel throughout Westchester County and Fairfield County; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; bilingual English/Spanish a major plus; full-time with competitive base salary and benefits.
