Job Summary
Recruiting Partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring culturally aligned talent who will help Lithia & Driveway achieve Growth Powered by People. Build partnerships with hiring managers, coach on interviewing and selection, source talent via events, databases, referrals, and direct outreach, screen for culture-fit and long-term potential, manage internships and early career programs, and represent the organization at career fairs and community outreach events. Emphasizes relationship-building with managers and candidates, maintaining pipelines for future openings, and delivering a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. Responsible for collaborating with Talent Acquisition Managers to anticipate internal movements and optimize recruitment processes while leveraging ATS and Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
