Job Summary
Lead Starpath's recruiting function end-to-end, owning the full lifecycle from job postings and application review to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoff. Partner with leadership and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently, maintain recruiting systems and documentation, manage relationships with external agencies and the employee referral program, and collaborate on headcount planning, role scoping, and compensation benchmarking. Track pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance; requires strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with learning new tools. In-person role based at Starpath HQ in Hawthorne, CA; salary base $80K-$105K with equity; includes PTO and health coverage.
