Job Summary
Recruiting Operations Associate to own the GTM hiring machine at Ramp. Own GTM job postings end-to-end across Ashby and Ramp careers site, manage requisition IDs and interview scheduling support, maintain ATS hygiene, and identify repetitive work for AI/automation. Contribute to building the GTM-side playbook and support the handoff from offer to onboarding. Six-month ramp plan emphasizes learning the machine, reducing friction with automation, and setting the foundation for a future in ops and automation rather than frontline recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or similar admin-heavy role
- Obsessive attention to detail (wrong req ID, broken calendar link, missing field)
- Strong with tools and quick to pick up new ones; interest in AI/automation
- Organised by default; ability to juggle many tasks
- High agency; curious about recruiting craft and GTM hiring machine
Desired Qualifications
- 2–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or similar admin-heavy role
- experience with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse or similar)
- ability to automate repetitive tasks with AI/no-code tools
- strong attention to detail
- ability to manage interview scheduling across multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, CX, Partnerships)
- experience in GTM or recruiting into a GTM org is a plus
