Job Summary
Responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruiting tech, scaling processes, automated reporting, data-driven hiring, and AI-enabled workflows; implementing Workday position management; partnering with Media for talent brand collateral; collaborating with Early Talent on analytics, marketing, and events; and designing training. Qualifications emphasize expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, Textio; HRIS/ATS integrations; SQL; vendor procurement; GDPR/EEO/OFCCP knowledge; and global hiring experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a senior recruiting operations or people operations role
- Deep admin-level expertise across modern recruiting systems including Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, Textio
- Experience implementing Ashby or Ashby reporting and AI tools such as Juicebox and Metaview
- Hands-on experience leading or playing a significant role in HRIS and ATS integrations; comfortable working with APIs and building automations
- Strong background in people analytics or recruiting data management; able to visualize data and tell a compelling story to diverse audiences; basic SQL knowledge
- Executive presence: confident bringing ideas, recommendations, and results to managers and department leaders
- Passionate about systems, tooling, and finding creative solutions to operational challenges; has led full-cycle vendor procurement from market evaluation through implementation
- Builds strong relationships with vendors and drives accountability for results
- Experience with global hiring, including familiarity with GDPR, EEO/OFCCP compliance, and employment considerations for EMEA and APAC regions
- Pro-actively and independently finds opportunities to improve process; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; brings strong change management instincts and organizational skills
- 4+ years in a senior recruiting operations or people operations role
- Bonus: Experience managing or supporting a data warehouse implementation to enable automated reporting; has built Tableau dashboards from scratch
