Job Summary
Hybrid Recruiting Operations Analyst role focusing on analytics, metrics, tools and systems optimization to scale recruiting processes and improve candidate experience. Responsibilities include reporting on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, scheduling efficiency, process timelines), maintaining data accuracy across ATS and recruiting systems, partnering to improve and scale recruiting tools/workflows/automation (including AI solutions), delivering end-to-end interview scheduling operations, owning requisition setup and job posting processes, developing recruiting operations documentation and SOPs, and driving process improvements for speed and efficiency. Strong analytical thinking, project management, attention to detail, and stakeholder management are required; experience with recruiting analytics, scheduling tools, and ATS/tools is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in recruiting or HR-related fields
- Experience supporting or improving processes, workflows, or systems
