Job Summary
Owns full-cycle recruitment across multiple states, sources candidates through job boards and partnerships, screens resumes and conducts phone screens, coordinates structured interviews with clinical and operational leadership, extends offers and negotiates compensation within pay bands, tracks requisitions and pipelines in ATS, develops provider-specific sourcing strategies, and coordinates onboarding logistics including licensure verification and credentialing for licensed clinical staff. Functions as central point of contact for onboarding activities, assigns tasks to IT, credentialing, and clinical supervisors, ensures regulatory documentation, and facilitates orientation and training completion. Collaborates with credentialing, compliance, payroll, and clinical operations; maintains ATS/HRIS records; generates recruiting/onboarding status reports; and monitors time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and onboarding completion rates. Requires strong ownership, attention to detail, relationship-building, problem-solving, adaptability, and healthcare awareness; primarily hybrid with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare/behavioral health/multi-site environment
- Experience recruiting licensed clinical providers (therapists, NPs, PAs, etc.) preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and empathetic interactions
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive employee information
- Hybrid work environment across multiple time zones
