Job Summary
Recruit, screen, and follow up with prospective candidates to fill open positions within the Caregiving Services/Private Duty division while developing and maintaining candidate pipelines. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for all business units, including preparing employment packets, scheduling orientation programs, and verifying professional licenses and credentials. Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding benefits, leave administration, and employee relations matters while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel files. Track employee evaluations, monitor license renewals, and support volunteer recruitment efforts for hospice services. Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and applicant tracking documentation to meet hiring goals established by branch leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare administration, or a related office environment
- Experience with employee onboarding, credentialing, personnel records management, or applicant tracking systems
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
