Job Summary
Tauck is seeking a Recruiting Manager, Tour Directors to co-manage recruiting, hiring and onboarding of 50-75 Tour Directors across US, Canada and international locations. Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, onboarding new staff, cross-department collaboration (Operations, HR, IT), maintaining recruiting data and reports, coordinating with Scheduling to ensure worldwide tour coverage, managing TD referrals, supporting training and onboarding, and traveling 6-12 weeks per year to recruiting conferences, seminars and training. Candidate will lead onboarding and training efforts, provide coaching and feedback, and act as a liaison across Guest Relations, Finance, Reservations and General Management. Bonus emphasis on immigration/visa understanding and experience with international destinations, with a history of year-round recruiting and prior Tour Director experience preferred. Remote field staff worldwide.
