Job Summary
Recruiting Manager will lead end-to-end recruiting for in-home senior care, collaborating with supervisors and managers to determine hiring needs, develop multifaceted hiring programs, conduct pre-screen interviews, post and maintain ads, maintain candidate information in online systems, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, develop complete-cycle recruiting strategies using various sources (including third-party boards and events), and represent the company at job fairs and events. The role also involves managing social media recruitment efforts to engage targeted audiences. 3 core duties include designing hiring programs, executing interviewing processes, and ensuring accurate candidate records and onboarding for new hires. The position emphasizes high-volume recruiting, healthcare experience as a plus, customer-service orientation, and adherence to background checks and ATS practices. This role is with Senior Helpers, a national in-home senior care provider, and supports its mission to improve clients’ quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years related recruiting experience, healthcare is a plus
- Experience with recruitment processes, best practices, ATS, and job board utilization
- Experience supporting customer needs with a high level of service
- Ability to pass criminal background screen
