Job Summary
Develop and grow a client base by introducing services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients. Recruit, evaluate, and place technology professionals in full-time positions while delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates and participate in industry trade associations to increase local community presence. Requires a computer science or information systems-related degree and 2+ years of experience in IT-related fields or successful permanent placement recruiting. Salary range is $70,304 to $89,000 with negotiable terms and bonus potential based on performance objectives.
