Job Summary
Senior Recruiting Leader to head the Technical (IT) Recruitment direction globally, defining and leading the technical recruiting agenda in partnership with executive leadership. Own strategy, performance, and evolution of technical hiring across regions and client accounts, and coach a global team of recruiters and recruitment managers. Design and improve recruitment processes, governance, and workforce planning; drive capacity management and proactive talent pipelines aligned with business demand and future capability needs. Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, deliver results for Fortune-500 clients, provide escalation support for complex hiring, and contribute to overall global recruiting strategy. Requires extensive IT recruiting leadership experience, ability to partner with senior stakeholders, and a data-driven approach; English fluency required. Remote work is supported globally.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading IT / technical recruitment in international, fast-paced, or service-based environments
- Proven ability to work with senior technical and business stakeholders and manage expectations confidently
- Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles (hands-on recruiting not required)
- Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management
- Mature, resilient leader with strong communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
