Job Summary
Lead the Technical (IT) Recruitment direction globally, defining and executing the technical recruiting agenda with accountability for strategy, delivery quality, and performance across regions and client accounts. Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, including delivery, sales, and leadership, on technical hiring priorities and workforce planning for engineering roles. Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers, driving accountability and long-term growth. Design, implement, and continuously improve technical recruitment processes, policies, and governance to ensure consistency and scalability. Provide leadership and escalation support for complex, senior, or high-risk technical hiring situations. Report to the Recruiting Director with a focus on people leadership and global talent strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading IT / technical recruitment in international, fast-paced, or service-based environments
- Proven ability to work with senior technical and business stakeholders and manage expectations confidently
- Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles
- Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management
- Mature, resilient leader with strong communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
