Responsibilities include leading the global IT recruitment direction, partnering with senior stakeholders, coaching and developing a team of technical recruiters and managers, designing scalable recruitment processes, driving workforce planning, and providing escalation support for complex hiring situations. Requires extensive experience leading IT/technical recruitment in international, fast-paced, service-based environments, ability to work with senior technical and business stakeholders, and fluent English.
